RECALL: Bumbleride bassinets (or carrycots)

Health Canada has announced a recall involving Bumbleride carrycots/bassinets: Bumbleride, Indy and Indy Twin carrycots.

Based on Health Canada's evaluation (no incidents among consumers have been reported), the straps can fall into the bassinet, posing an entanglement hazard for the baby.

The affected items have been sold throughout Canada, January 2009 to May 7, 2012.

If you have this product: Discontinue the use immediately, and contact Bumbleride to receive a retrofit kit for the carrycot handles.
