A recall has been issued for Avigo Fire Rescue Hero's Trike with Helmet, and Avigo You and Me Trike with Helmet.
According to Health Canada, the seats on these trikes have weak welds and may break off, causing toddlers to fall while riding.
These trikes has been sold at Toys R Us stores across the country, March 2012 to May 9, 2012.
