Health Canada and the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission are reporting the recall of this 4 in 1 Dramatic Play Theatre.

This toy may suddenly tip over while the kids are playing in it and trap them inside. The toy can also break into little pieces once tipped, making it a choking hazard, as well.

The recalled theatres have been sold in Canada through a range of catalogues and online stores between July 2010 and April 2011.
