IKEA Canada recalls SULTAN crib mattresses

IKEA Canada is recalling its SULTAN crib mattresses because of concerns babies may get stuck between the crib and the mattress.

The recalled mattresses were sold between 2007 and 2010 and include the following models:

If you have this product: Health Canada advises parents check the gap between the SULTAN mattress and the sides and ends of the crib. If the gap is larger than 3 cm you need to stop using the mattress immediately. You can return the mattress to IKEA for a full refund or exchange.

If the gap is less than 3 cm you do not need to stop using the product.
