RECALL: Children's books
Two children's books have been recalled because they pose laceration and choking hazards.
Updated May 28, 2025

Health Canada has announced a recall involving two children's books: Count My Kisses, 1, 2, 3 and Red, Green, Blue, I Love You.
The metal rod onto which the beeds are threaded can detach, releasing the small parts. The loose beads pose a choking hazard, and the broken bar a laceration hazard.
The affected books are sold online and at bookstores across Canada and the US — June to August 2013.
If you have these books: Remove them from children's reach and return to place of purchase for full refund.
