May is a hard month if you’re in baby mode: Whether you’ve just started trying or are years into the process, Mother’s Day is a not-so-quiet reminder than you haven’t yet conceived. But we want you to know that you’re not alone. Through exclusive research by Today’s Parent and EMD Inc. Canada, we’ve learned that infertility is more common than you might think, and we certainly have staff members who know the pain of fertility challenges (me included). This week we celebrate Infertility Awareness Week — and we say celebrate rather than “mark” or “acknowledge” because we celebrate you and your journey to grow your families.

We’re pulling for you, and we’re here whenever you need us.
