Harper Beckham tops our list of best-dressed celebrity kids. She doesn't always wear the most practical, toddler-appropriate clothing, but gosh, her wardrobe rocks!

At 21 months old, she's got as many designer outfits as her mom, Victoria Beckham — Chloe tights, Stella McCartney jackets, Burberry shoes, etc., etc. Her dad, David Beckham, recently admitted it was a bit much. "Her wardrobe is ridiculous," David said in a Google interview. "I'm glad I got a two-year contract." Ha!
