Celebrity dads we love

We didn’t think it was possible for Brad’s hot factor to go up, but when he became dad to six kids it zoomed off the charts. His clean-cut, smooth-talking role in Moneyball didn't hurt that hot factor either....

Dad to: Levi, 3, and Vida, 2

We love seeing photos of Matthew out for a run, but we also love seeing him go to church with his family dressed in his Sunday best. Oh, but who are we kidding? Two words: Magic Mike!

Dad to: Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, 9½, Cruz, 7, and Harper Seven, 10 months (not pictured)

Any man who takes his boys boogie boarding, ceramic painting and to the sports field while their mom Victoria Beckham is busy with the newborn is a hot dad in our books.

When the name of his new baby, Maple Sylvie, made headlines, many of us wondered if it was an homage to the Canadian roots of his wife Amanda — because it sounds a bit like “Maple Syrup Bacon.” (Seriously, say it 10 times fast!)

Dad to: Alexander, 4½, and Samuel, 3½

He’s not your typical Hollywood hunk, and we like that. When we see him carrying his kids on his shoulders and pushing strollers with his partner Naomi Watts, he always makes us swoon.

Though he made some controversial remarks about 9/11 this year, he’s still one of our favourite dads — with that gentle side we see when he’s with his kids.

Dad to: Flynn, 1

Often seen holding Flynn in a baby carrier, this hands-on dad keeps his gorgeous family (including Flynn’s supermodel mom Miranda Kerr) close.

Dad to: Zachary, 1

Did you know Elton had the surrogate mother’s breastmilk couriered from the US to England for baby Zachary? We love Elton’s passion for fatherhood, and the funny faces he makes. Peek-a-boo!

Dad to: Violet, 6, Seraphina, 3, and Samuel, 3 months (not pictured)

When wife Jennifer Garner was pregnant with baby No. 3, Ben would take the girls to the farmers’ market, often returning with bunches of flowers for mom. Melt.

Dad to: Usher Raymond V, 4½, and Naviyd, 3

With a voice that can soothe even the most frazzled mom and, of course, those rock-hard abs, Usher can sing us a lullaby anytime.

Dad to: twins Gideon Scott and Harper Grace, 1½

When Neil and David Burtka announced they were proud new dads to twins Gideon and Harper, you could feel their joy across the continent.
