How to make non-slip socks

Not all socks come with that grippy stuff on the bottom. So add it yourself!

1. Lay a pair of socks flat, bottom side up, on a plastic placemat, paper plate or some paper towel.

2. Use puffy fabric paint to create little shapes on the bottoms of the socks—think hearts, polka dots or zigzags. Tip: Work from top to bottom on each sock to avoid smears.

3. Give paint about four hours to dry—and say goodbye to tumbles on slippery floors!
