Halle Berry: Engaged!

Looks like 3.5-year-old Nahla's going to have an official stepdad soon! Her mom, Halle Berry (who looks unbelievably amazing at 45), is getting married to hunky French actor Olivier Martinez (46).

This will be the third marriage for Halle. She was previously married to former baseball player David Justice (1993-1997) and R&B singer Eric Benet (2001) — who, incidentally, just had a baby girl! She and Nahla's father, model Gabriel Aubry (36), dated for five years; they broke up in spring 2010.

Halle and Olivier met on the set of the movie Dark Tide, and they came out as a couple in the fall of 2010.

Ooo, and this just in from People: apparently, Olivier proposed to Halle with a "diamond-and-emerald" ring. Pretty!
