There is a massive Kraft Mac and Cheese recall occurring in the US, South America, the Caribbean and Puerto Rico. Small pieces of metal have been discovered in the boxes.
Kraft Foods Group Inc. has announced the recall of 242,000 cases of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese in the US, Puerto Rico and various countries across South America and the Caribbean. Small pieces of metal have been detected in some of the boxes sold in these areas.
Kraft Dinner sold in Canada is not part of this recall.
The recall involves 7.25-ounce boxes sold individually or in packages of three, four and five. Affected boxes contain the code "C2" and "best when used by" dates that range from September 18, 2015 to October 11, 2015.
Photo: KraftEight incidents have been reported to Kraft Foods, in which metal was discovered in the boxes. No injuries have been reported.
If you have this product: Kraft says to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
