Recycled craft: How to make a disco microphone

Disco divas can sing their little hearts out with these glittery microphones. All you need is some glitter (obviously), paint and empty toilet paper rolls.

Mic check! Paint toilet paper roll; let dry. Glue two glitter gems on roll for buttons. For the mic, you have a few options:

Disco ball: Rim one end of roll with white tacky glue. Secure small store-bought disco ball. Let dry.

Glitter: Paint Styrofoam ball with tacky glue using foam paintbrush. Hold over a piece of paper; sprinkle with glitter. Rim one end of roll with white tacky glue. Secure ball. Let dry.

Sequins: Glue sequins onto ball in rows. (Or, for an easy option, use a small glittery plastic ornament.) Rim one end of roll with white tacky glue. Secure ball. Let dry.

Disco isn't dead.
