How to make pipe cleaner crowns

Royal protocol dictates you should never have just one crown! Turn a hairband and some pipe cleaners into three different tiaras.

The Queen of <3s
1. You’ll need: pipe cleaners, hairband, pompoms in different sizes, gems, hot glue (or white glue) and scissors.

2. Make your base: Wrap pipe cleaners around hairband.

3. Cut two pipe cleaners in half to make four pieces. Loop pieces around your finger. Fold one full-size pipe cleaner in half, forming a heart in the middle. Attach to hairband. Glue on pompoms and gems. Try using different size pompoms to make the top of your crown really stand out!
