How to make pipe cleaner crowns

Royal protocol dictates you should never have just one crown! Turn a hairband and some pipe cleaners into three different tiaras.

The Queen of <3s 1. You’ll need: pipe cleaners, hairband, pompoms in different sizes, gems, hot glue (or white glue) and scissors.

2. Make your base: Wrap pipe cleaners around hairband.

3. Cut two pipe cleaners in half to make four pieces. Loop pieces around your finger. Fold one full-size pipe cleaner in half, forming a heart in the middle. Attach to hairband. Glue on pompoms and gems. Try using different size pompoms to make the top of your crown really stand out!

Elsa-inpsired crown 1. You’ll need: pipe cleaners, hairband, pompoms in different sizes, gems, hot glue (or white glue) and scissors.

2. Make your base: Wrap pipe cleaners around hairband. To get that glitzy effect, use metallic pipe cleaners.

3. Fold five pipe cleaners in half. Bend another one into a U-shape. Wrap ends of pipe cleaners around hairband. Glue on pompoms at the top of the triangles and gems at the bottom.

Diamond Duchess 1. You’ll need: pipe cleaners, hairband, pompoms in different sizes, gems, hot glue (or white glue) and scissors.

2. Make your base: Wrap pipe cleaners around hairband.

3. Bend five pipe cleaners into diamond shapes. Wrap ends of pipe cleaners around hairband so that the diamonds overlap. Glue on pompoms and gems at the base of the crown.
