Here's how to make this easy holiday necklace:

1. Snip vinyl tubing into 20 pieces, about 1 inch (or 2.5 cm) long.

2. Cut about 30 inches (or 76 cm) of twine.

3. Knot one end so the beads don’t fall off.

4. Thread tube beads along neon twine and tie ends together.

Tip: If you can’t find vinyl tubing at the hardware store, you can use sections of clear plastic or cute patterned paper straws instead.
