Here's how to make these cute photo ornaments:
1. Place cookie cutter on a photo, trace the shape, and cut out picture.
2. Apply thin line of white or hot glue along the edge of the cookie cutter and adhere to picture.
3. Thread a short ribbon loop through a jingle bell.
4. Tape or glue ends of ribbon loop to cookie cutter.
