Craft: Petit cake stand

Mismatched plates and liqueur glasses can easily be transformed into a playful cake stand.

You’ll need one mid-sized dessert plate, one smaller salad plate and one teacup saucer, as well as two small footed glasses.

1. Apply a bead of clear silicone around the rim of the first glass, and turn it upside down into the middle of the largest plate. Then apply silicone around the base of the glass, and place the mid sized plate on that.

2. Repeat with the smaller glass, and finally, smallest plate. Allow 24 hours to dry. Note: You will have to hand wash this cake stand!
