Try these cool activities at your child's hockey-themed party.
You've sent the invitations for your hockey party, now it's time to plan the fun! Try these cool activities to keep pint-sized fans busy.
DIY jersey Get the kids to cut out numbers, letters and stripes from felt (or pre-cut them) and glue onto long-sleeved T-shirts. For extra pizzazz, kiddos can outline the characters with glitter glue.
Table hockey Clear space on a table for a “rink” and use the Popsicle hockey sticks (right), black buttons for pucks and cups for nets. The first youngster to get the button-puck into the cup five times wins.
Hockey bowling Use empty plastic bottles for bowling pins. Have your players use their kid-sized dollar store hockey sticks to shoot pucks at the pins. Strike!
