Ever wondered how Khal Drogo would fare in the Minecraft universe? Wonder no more: Jason Momoa hits silver screens on April 4 as the starring character in A Minecraft Movie, an immersive feature film based on the legendary video game (and showcasing the star's signature larger-than-life style). Bryce Dallas Howard, meanwhile, has been hard at work behind the camera directing Pets, a feel-good family-friendly documentary that explores the relationships that exist between animals (from dogs and cats to pigs and birds of prey) around the globe. Looking for a little-kid watch? Nick Jr. has an upcoming superhero cartoon any toddler is bound to love.

Read on for the six titles we're excited to watch this month.

Season 3 of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory hits Netflix on April 2. This season, the Nublar Five (the nickname given to the teenagers that survived the Jurassic World Incident in 2015) embark on new adventures, encounter old (and new) friends, face off against even more lethal dinosaur threats and deal with the fallout of a teammate's stunning rejection of them in Season 2.

April 4: A Minecraft Movie

Jason Momoa and Jack Black star in A Minecraft Movie, in theatres April 4. Four misfits—Garrett, Henry, Natalie, and Dawn—are pulled through a mysterious portal into the Overworld, a bizarre, cubic wonderland fueled by imagination, while still grappling with their everyday problems. (Today's Parent editor-in-chief Vanessa Grant interviewed Momoa about his latest starring role—with a bit of help. Read their conversation here.)
