Here's how to make these DIY hairpins:
1. Glue scrapbook snowflakes to bobby pins, using white glue or hot glue (with adult supervision).
2. Cut stars out of felt.
3. Apply white glue to stars and sprinkle with glitter.
4. Glue stars to bobby pins using white glue or hot glue.
Tip: A coat of hairspray will help seal the glitter.
