Looking for cabin fever relievers? A simple roll of masking tape can provide hours of easy entertainment.

Create a track: Kids can zoom their cars or walk action figures through it; expand the lanes so they can try to manoeuvre a ball with their feet along the pathways.

Play hopscotch: Mark out the squares and get active indoors.

Walk the line: Even a straight line of tape can spark activity—use it as a “balance beam” kids can walk along, or have them jump back and forth over it with both feet.
