Craft: Pretty paper posies

With Mother's Day just around the corner, here's a simple little craft you can make with the kids!

Materials
-Cupcake liners in various sizes, colours and patterns
-Buttons or beads
-Push-pin or straight pin (optional)
-Green pipe cleaner
-Vase

Choose two to three cupcake liners and turn them inside out so the colour or pattern is on the inside. Stack the liners together, with the smallest in the centre.

Push the pipe cleaner through the centre of all of the liners. (If they’re too thick, you can use a push-pin or straight pin to poke the hole first.) Pull the pipe cleaner so about 2 cm poke through the middle of the liners.

Thread a button or bead onto the pipe cleaner in the centre of the flower.

Arrange the flowers in the vase and present to Mom or Grandma.
