"You weren't feeling the best tonight, Wes. You had a bad cough and Daddy was so worried about you that he didn't want to lay you down to rest because you were breathing better laying on his shoulder instead. It got bad enough later on in the night that I took you into the emergency department to have you checked out but it was just a viral cold. You were such a good and happy baby, even sick!"
