You've got to see this hilarious ad about mom life

A new commercial for Chatbooks shows #momlife like it really is.

You've got to see this hilarious ad about mom life

"Making photo books sucks. They’re designed for moms with lots of free time: imaginary moms. But at least scrapbooking is great, if you have no job and no kids. So, not great."

These are just some of the funny one-liners from the new commercial from Chatbooks, a company that promises to make creating photo books from your Instagram feed super-easy and quick.

The ad, which has gone viral in the past couple of weeks, targets moms who have tons of pictures on their phones and their Insta accounts, but never print them because there's just never time. (Guilty!)

I'm someone who will proudly brag that "ads don't work on me," so I'm kinda shocked to admit that after watching it, I promptly downloaded the app and created a photo book. (I haven't received the book yet, so I can't comment on the quality.)

I'm sure Chatbooks isn't unique—there are other similar photo book companies. But their ad is genius. It's three-and-a-half minutes of hilarity, thanks to excellent writing (the writers must be moms) and the actress's pitch-perfect delivery (her name is Lisa Valentine Clark and she's a mom of five). It's sure to win awards in the ad industry.

BTW, if you're cynical like me, you probably think this post is an ad. It isn't. The Chatbooks commercial legit made us LOL, so we thought you'd like it, too. Give it a watch!
