If you breastfed your baby—or are breastfeeding now—you already know all about the struggles that come with the joy. But misery loves company, and it never hurts to get a friendly reminder that other women are suffering, too. That's why we're loving The Places You'll Feed!, a Dr. Seuss-inspired book written especially for lactating moms.

Written by mom of two Lauren Hirshfield Belden, this Oh The Places You'll Go parody was released last year, but we're here to give you a little #ICYMI. The Places You'll Feed! highlights all of the drudgery and misadventure that come with breastfeeding:

Like that one time you had to pull out your boob at the baseball game or the train or the pool or the....you get the picture:

Or when you had to sit in a nasty, random washroom because it was the only place you could feed at the time:

And don't forget the pain of lugging around a heavy, hunch back-inducing pump just so you can drain your tatas:

But it's all worth it when you look at your baby's tiny face and know he's healthy and doing alright.

Belden's book is available on Amazon to gift to any mom facing the struggle.
