This rap video about the breastfeeding struggle is pure magic.

So this is a special gift to the internet. It originally came out a few years ago from International Board Certified Lactation Consultant TaNefer Lumukanda, but we just discovered it and it's everything.
It's a rap video to the tune of 'Teach Me How to Dougie' detailing how to breastfeed. It's catchy and informative. Highlights include shots of diapers with foods inside to simulate poop (hey, Dijon mustard) and all the cool dance moves. We're really into the dance moves.
Clever rhymes abound—gems like "hold your baby close and let her pick a side, nose to nipple will help her open really wide" and "don't forget to nurse on both sides, sit back, relax and stare into your baby's eyes" will have you singing along!
