Tobey Maguire hits the park with his kids (and Great Gatsby 'do)!

Tobey Maguire (36), his wife, Jennifer Meyer, and their adorable kids, Ruby (5) and Otis (2), spent the day at a park in Santa Monica, California, earlier this week.

Tobey helped his son Otis glide on his new scooter (brand new, from the looks of that box!). And Jennifer steered Ruby straight on her bike.

Wondering about Tobey's new 'do? Tobey was recently in Australia filming The Great Gatsby, and he apparently hasn't quite gotten his character, Nick Carraway, out of his system. Which is OK! He looks cute, I think. (Yea or nay?)

The Great Gatsby hits theatres December 2012. Guess who plays Jay Gatsby? Leonardo DiCaprio! Isla Fischer plays Myrtle Wilson.
