Subtly stylish Sarah Jessica Parker walks her kids to school

 

First thing's first, I love Sarah Jessica Parker. Did you see her on Glee last week? I felt like I was watching a grown-up version of Carrie Bradshaw. Amazing.

We love how the 47-year-old fashion icon dresses down, yet subtly stylish, for the school run.

She was spotted early in the day (October 3rd) walking her son, James Wilkie, 9, to school (left), and then later walking her 3-year-old twins, Marion and Tabitha, to their preschool with the nanny. Sarah paired her khaki capris leggings with stylish ankle boots, and layered a short grey sweater over a white tunic. I like it, you? Subtly stylish.

Sarah has always said her number-one way to stay so fit is walking the streets of NYC. And now we get it!

In addition to her stint on Glee, Sarah's set to play the role of Gloria Steinem in the movie Lovelace, star in the romantic comedy Married and Cheating, and play the voice of Kira Supernova in the animated comedy Escape from Planet Earth. AND she's on the cover of the November 2012 Women in Hollywood edition of Elle Magazine. Busy mama!
