Spotted: Pregnant Busy Philipps (thankful for Kim Kardashian)

Check out a beaming Busy Philipps, 33, out on a shopping trip to Fred Segal, in West Hollywood, California, yesterday. The Cougar Town star was working the floral trend in that comfy maternity shirt, sleek, stretchy pencil skirt and vintage necklace — nice look!

Busy appeared on Chelsea Handler's show earlier this week. She told Chelsea her second pregnancy has been a walk in the park compared to fellow pregnant celebs Kate Middleton, Jessica Simpson and Kim Kardashian. "I won the lottery!" she exclaimed. "If you wanna get knocked up as someone on television, you want there to be the princess, Kim Kardashian and Jessica Simpson to also be pregnant, because it just takes all the heat off of you."

"No one cares!" she added. "There's, like, no paparazzi waiting at my doctor's appointments.... I'm really excited about it!"

Ha! Busy also joked about being envious of actress Kate Beckinsale's post-baby body (Kate, 39, and Busy happened to be staying at the same resort in Mexico not long ago) — keeping in mind, of course, that Kate's daughter, Lily, is now 14!
