Selma Blair takes "baby saint" to yoga

Some of you may know I love yoga. I practice yoga (early!) every morning at a hot studio in midtown Toronto ? it keeps me (relatively) sane and definitely trains me to appreciate "the moment." So I had to share this photo of Dark Horse actress Selma Blair heading to the Dancing Shiva Yoga and Ayurveda studio in Los Angeles, California, with adorable baby Arthur Saint Bleick!

Selma loves referring to 4-month-old Arthur as "baby saint." She does it a lot in her tweets and it's a little bizarro, I have to say! Here are some of her recent tweets (and make sure you click on the links for the sweet pics Selma's tweeted):

Clearly, Selma's been having sleep issues. Gosh, my youngest is four already, and he wakes up nightly ? sometimes even to CHAT with me. "So? Mama, you wanna hug Doggie?" Grrr....

He was up a lot last night. And if this post is incoherent, I'm not surprised because I AM TIRED today. I should probably check out some articles on preschoolers and sleep for tips on this. But I figure I should just enjoy the cuddles while he still wants 'em, right?
