Sarah Michelle Gellar, 35, was spotted picking up her daughter, Charlotte, 3, from school earlier today in Santa Monica, California — just six weeks after giving birth to her second child (who's name hasn't been announced yet).

Looks like little Charlotte was cherishing her special one-on-one time with Mom — and Mom's necklace!

Charlotte looked adorable as always, and perfectly put-together for school in a sweet floral dress, cute white sandals and a matching white bow in her hair. And Sarah looked absolutely gorj (and surprisingly energetic so soon after baby) in black pants, a loose white tank, her signature Ray Bans and, of course, that super-chic monkey backpack!
