Sandra Bullock is one happy mama. In this week's issue of Hello! Canada, you'll find a Sandra Extravaganza -- more great photos of the Oscar-winning actress and her adorable 15-month-old son Louis, whom she adopted from New Orleans, at the park.
Gorgeouses, I love what Sandra told Hello! about why she became a mom, and I just have to share RIGHT NOW. I'll quote the whole passage:
When Sandra first announced her adoption of Louis in April 2010, she said she was looking forward to the simple everyday tasks of motherhood. She was, she told Hello!, eagerly anticipating “doing all the things moms get to do, outside in the sun, in the world.”
I've never really thought of being a mom as getting out "in the world." But I love it.
I was listening to a gossipy radio show the other day, and they were saying that celebrities actually don't go out that much because every time they go out it's a whole to-do. Maybe Sandra's saying motherhood makes her feel "normal" -- on par with the rest of us, doing normal human things like getting out "in the sun" and going to the park....
Hmmm.....
Anyway! The photos are gorj. Sandra is clearly in her element. Don't you LOVE the smooch photo? Say it with me: OY!
Many thanks to our friend Louise Leger and Hello! Canada Magazine for the awesome spread. LOVE! This issue is on stands NOW with Sandra & Louis are on the cover, of course -- and a fab lineup of other stories....
Love!
