Royal candy: Best hats!

Best hats of the day go to royal cousins, Princess Beatrice of York and Princess Eugenie of York. According to InStyle Magazine, they chose sculptural hats by Philip Treacy -- a famous British milliner. Princess Beatrice wore a "peacock-hued" Vivienne Westwood and her sister (really stole the show) in a "blush Valentino with matching gloves from Cornelia James."
