Reese Witherspoon on bedrest after hospital scare

Reese Witherspoon, 36, who's pregnant with her third child, is reportedly on bedrest after some recent hospital scares.

We thought the hospital visits may have signaled the baby's arrival, but no. The actress was released from hospital yesterday (Thursday), and is now on strict bedrest.

"Reese is at home now on bed rest, doctor's orders," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "She's stable and is surrounded by her family."

According to RadarOnline.com's initial reports, Reese was admitted to the hospital Tuesday night and released quickly, only to return Wednesday and stay the night. Her husband, Jim Toth, has been with her the whole time.

Apparently, Reese is far enough along to have a safe delivery. But, as Radar's source suggests, "Jim was definitely a little more on edge than everyone else. It's his first child so he's elated and just wants to make sure everything turns out perfectly."
