Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth: Arrested

No one cares if your name is Reese Witherspoon: There's no excuse for drunk driving. NONE.

According to Variety (the first to report the news), that's what Reese's husband, Jim Toth, 42, was pulled over and later arrested and jailed for last Friday, in Atlanta.

Jim is now up for a DUI charge after he was allegedly caught driving erratically and then failed a sobriety test; Reese, 37, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the process. "Do you know my name?" she allegedly shouted at the officer. According to the reports, they were released on bond 3:30 a.m. Friday.

This is pretty sad given that Reese is one of our favourites — and because she's still a new mom: Baby Tennessee is only around seven months old. This is also supposed to be an exciting time for Reese. Earlier this evening (Sunday), she and Jim put on happy, composed faces at the premiere of her new movie, Mud.
