Royal or not, every new parent relishes the odd night out with the family—and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are no exception. On Sunday, the couple popped over to their local pub in Winkfield Village for a traditional Sunday roast, and they brought along their littlest member, Archie Harrison.

Just 10 minutes from their home at Frogmore Cottage, hitting up nearby The Rose & Crown was a solid choice for an outing with their three-month-old. (One never does know when a "poonami" will send you running to the baby bath, and if she's nursing, it's an ideal place for Meghan to pop out between feeds.)

The trio's afternoon on the town lasted about two hours, according to The Sun, and as Harry enjoyed two pints and Meghan opted for water, little Archie—who is said to have red hair just like his daddy—alternated between dozing in his "cot" (stroller bassinet, we'd guess) and snuggling up in mama's arms.

A lucky couple who spotted the Sussexes told the publication about the sweet scene. "Meghan was cradling Archie most of the time. The little lad was as good as gold, I didn’t hear him cry once while he was there."

And while they came under fire recently for taking private jets to Ibiza and Nice over the summer, Harry and Meghan were totally down to earth. “No other customers recognized them. The staff clearly knew who they were, but kept the service low-key. They did indicate to me they had been there before. They just chatted away like any normal couple and were laughing a lot.”

She may be on mat leave, but Meghan has had a busy summer—from Archie's christening in July to the release of the September issue of British Vogue, which she guest edited throughout her pregnancy. Any day now, the fam is likely headed to visit the Queen at Balmoral, her Scottish summer home (the Cambridges were there last week before returning to London to get ready for back to school!) Like his cousin Prince George did at nine months, little Archie is also gearing up for his first royal tour—and we can't wait! The Sussexes are headed to South Africa in October, where we're sure to see some adorable photo ops of the royal family's newest addition. Maybe he'll meet a special new friend, like Prince George's namesake bilby in Australia, or have his very first official playdate. Either way, Archie seems to be shaping up to be quite the little gentleman.
