Mariah & Nick's lavish nursery (read: $$$)

Wow! She definitely looks ready for those twins (#dembabies) to arrive!

Inside the mag, you'll also see photos of the "lavish nursery," in Nick and Mariah's Bel-Air, California mansion (they have another home in NYC). And it is lavish! Here's a sneak peak....

So, check this out, Gorgeouses! Mariah (41) and Nick (30) told Life & Style that they dropped a whopping $100,000 on the nursery -- which includes a $30,000 crib!!! Now THERE'S an episode of MTV's CRIBS for you, right there.

As you can see in the sneak peak, Mariah and Nick chose unisex colours for the décor -- which makes sense, since they're having a boy and a girl -- with added little touches, like that fabulous giraffe! I always wanted one of those...!

“I wanted to create a beautiful, tranquil, cozy environment for the babies,” Mariah tells Life & Style. “Everything matches, but pieces are individualized to celebrate the twins as separate entities.”

They also told the mag about their plans for schooling #dembabies in either NYC or California.... I prefer the East Coast schooling over the West Coast,” says TV/radio host, Nick. “But there are other things that come into play, like work. And Mariah shared her thoughts on fame and motherhood.... I feel like, in a lot of ways, children come into the world to teach us. It’s going to be a delicate balance between raising them around glitz and glamor and keeping them grounded. One thing I’m sure of is that I’ll be grateful for the twins every day, no matter what. Indeed, Mariah, indeed.
