Lily Allen: Bump watch!

Check out pregnant Lily Allen at the British Fashion Awards, Tuesday evening — photo'd here with British fashion designer Kim Jones. 

Lily looked lovely in a navy, floor-length gown that showed off her third-trimester belly. In case you're wondering who designed it, Lily tweeted all about it: "Anyone asking where my dress was from at the @BFA tonight, it was @ALCLTD, bag and shoes @LouisVuitton_UK."

Here's a better look at the dress without the jacket (it's actually quite form-fitting).

The 27-year-old singer is apparently due as soon as next month. Baby will join Lily's first child with hubby Sam Cooper, Ethel, who turned one last week.
