Kim Kardashian: Bump watch, Episode #5 — Stilettos at The Ivy

Episode #5 of our Kim Kardashian bump-watch series takes us to the famous Ivy restaurant in West Hollywood, California.

As many of you know, The Ivy restaraunt is a place celebs go if they definitely want to be seen.... The photogs often camp out there waiting for A-listers, and Kardashians.

Here we've got Kim, 32, and her younger sister Khloe Kardashian Odum, 28, exiting the lavish restaurant.

Kim's wearing a fabulous high-waisted black skirt, fitted white button-down and stiletto heels again — can you imagine wearing those heels while pregnant??!

Omg! I love how Khloe's helping her pregnant sister down the stairs in her own humongous (Louboutin??) stilettos.

Indeed, it is always great seeing Kim out with her sisters — not only for bump-watch purposes, but also to check out what her stylish sisters are wearing. Stilettos and all, Khloe's outfit is pretty fascinating. Is light blue, then, the new "it" nail colour? 

As for Kim, it seems she's exploring the extremes of maternity wear. On the one hand she's taking major fashion risks (as in Episodes #2, #3 and #4); and on the other hand, she's wearing clothes that are relatively conservative (as in this instance and Episode #1).
