Kim Kardashian: Bump watch, Episode #4 — Pregnancy isn't easy

Here we are back in Beverly Hills, California, for Kim Kardashian bump watch, Episode #4: Pregnancy Isn't Easy.

And here's our star, Kim Kardashian, 32, on her way out to lunch with friends in her latest maternity ensemble: a billowy flesh-coloured shirt dress, cream jacket and, omigosh, flats.

The dress looks a tad long for a lunch date (the bottom must have been black by the time she got home). Perhaps better suited for the red carpet or a runway.... But then again, why not? As we knew she would, Kim's going all out with her maternity wardrobe — and we are loving it. I mean, what a spectacle; this is awesome!

Kim may be making pregnancy look easy with her newly cut bangs (even though it's practically LAW not to radically change your hair during pregnancy) and fabulous wardrobe, but at last Saturday's Atlanta premiere of her latest movie (yes, she's acting now!), Tyler Perry's Temptation, she told E! News reporters that her pregnancy hasn't been easy at all.

“Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister [Kourtney] made it look or as my mom [Kris Jenner] has made it look,” Kim said.

“It’s a little painful," she added. "I’ve gotten sick a couple times, and that puts you out.”

To help her stay comfortable and healthy, Kim's been taking it easy (doctor's orders, reportedly). “I like to be active," she told E!, "but I’ve been chilling out."

Kim also shared some of her pregnancy cravings, which are always interesting.

“I’m craving carrots and ranch dressing,” she said. “I used to love sweets — not anymore...."

Check out the video of the interview (with more deets) over at E!. In the meantime, what do you think of Kim's latest look?
