Katie Holmes' stepdaughter is working for her

Did you know Katie Holmes has her own business? It's a fashion label called "Holmes & Yang." I'm sure it's super gorj.

Well, Katie's hubby Tom Cruise is beaming because she's brought on his 18-year-old daughter (her stepdaughter), Isabella "Bella" Cruise (whom he adopted with ex wife Nicole Kidman), as her new apprentice. Nice!

"Kate's designing and [Isabella's] just working her way up," Tom told People Magazine. "She's an artist, Bella, so it's really great that she gets to work with it.... She's loving it."

Congrats, Bella!
