Kate leaves hospital: First appearance since pregnancy announcement!

This is the first appearance Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, have made since the big pregnancy announcement. They're photo'd here leaving the King Edward VII Hospital — where Kate's been staying to treat her Hyperemesis Gravidarum — earlier today.

It's great to see the Duchess looking gorgeous as ever, graciously smiling for the crowd of lights and cameras. Looks like hubby William brought her some beautiful, much-deserved yellow roses.
