Kate Hudson & baby BING surface in Monaco

Remember Kate Hudson, Gorgeouses?

Kate Hudson, 33, has been totally MIA since the birth of baby Bing almost a year ago (July 9). But she was photo'd on vacation with her fiancé, Muse rocker Matt Bellamy, their adorable son Bingham, and Kate's older son (with ex Chris Robinson) Ryder, 8, on Sir Philip Green's yacht in Monaco earlier today. Kate and her family were leaving that "Lionheart" yacht with Sir Philip, apparently, to catch a flight on his helicopter.

Ahh, the life. Too bad they didn't get a lift from Jay-Z in his fancy new Father's Day gift....

After a year off, Kate's due to start filming her latest action flick, Everly, really soon.
