Jennifer Lopez & her young boyfriend out on the town (and more!)

Happy Birthday, Jennifer Lopez! She's 43-years-old today!

And, grrrr..., the undeniably hard-working mom/singer/actress/judge/dancer/ambassador/designer/not-the-best tweeter doesn't look a day over 30.

Indeed, her boyfriend, choreographer/dancer Casper Smart, is just 25 years old, so it's probably a good thing she doesn't actually look like she could be his mother. Does she? #FlawlessSkin #Flawless!

The two were photo'd (left) out for a quiet dinner last night — possibly to celebrate Jennifer's 43rd birthday.

And Jennifer has a lot to celebrate this year — her 4-year-old twins, Max and Emme, her #1 spot on Forbes most influential celebrities list, a successful tour, movies, etc., etc. — but she's putting her American Idol days behind her.

What do you think of that, Gorgeouses? I think it's a pretty big deal. For the most part, Mariah, 42, remains neutral on most things, so it'll be fun to hear her voice an opinion. And, and, AND, this will be the first time she's really worked since having twins Monroe and Moroccan. #Moroccan....

No one knows who's replacing judge Steven Tyler yet. But it'll take a lot to breathe the ole' magic back into American Idol, and I'm not sure Mariah will be enough. You?
