January Jones and Xander at the pumpkin patch

I love this time of year, don't you? Except for the fact that it's pouring rain and I hate jackets and always forget my umbrella. Mind you, it could be worse: I could have signed up to volunteer for my son's field trip to the pumpkin patch today. He's probably having the best time outside in the rain, at the cold, muddy farm; but his poor teacher and the parent volunteers probably need a good cry by now! (I've paid my dues, by the way. I've volunteered for this trip twice.)

But here's someone who does tend to like jackets and got some nice weather for her pumpkin-patch visit: It's January Jones, 34, and her one-year-old son, Xander. Isn't he cute?!

Unlike most celebs, January opted not to go to the famous Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch. She and Xander are photo'd here at the Harvest Festival Pumpkin Patch in Los Angeles, California (last Saturday).
