Jack Osbourne welcomes a baby girl! And the name is....

Wow! It's a girl for Jack Osbourne, 25, and his fiancé Lisa Stelly.

Baby Pearl Osbourne was born earlier today, weighing in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces. This is Jack and Lisa's first child.

Aww, "Pearl"! Isn't that pretty? Jack's sister, Fashion Police's Kelly Osbourne, 26, will be happy — it's so fashionably vintage!

I have to tell you, Gorgeouses. I met a dog named "Pearl" the other day. She was a massive cream-coloured Golden Retriever. So gorj. It was kind of hilarious because she got along great with my dog, Betty White. So there were Pearl and Betty — two pretty ladies just hangin' out. Haha.

ANYWAY, I DIGRESS BIG TIME. These are joyous times for the Osbournes, and everyone is sure Jack'll make a great dad. "He's very nervous — but nervous-excited," Jack's mom, Sharon Osbourne, 59, told Us Magazine. "He'll be a very good dad. I think he'll be very strict, but he'll be a very good dad."
