Ivanka Trump is having a girl!

There's the pregnant and GORJ Ivanka Trump at the Marilyn Denis Show in Toronto (last week). And, if you can believe, we were THIS close (THIS: []) to having her on the Today's Parent Celebrity Candy show. But dangit, Mercury Retrograde, we had a technological glitch and an email didn't arrive and they thought I wasn't interested (whah whah?), and there the opportunity went. Down the drain like that old earring of mine that my father then retrieved (FYI), like 10 years ago.

Anyway, I learned. And we have other exciting interviews on the horizon, Gorgeouses. Just wait. In the meantime, I've been enjoying watching Ivanka thrive on the Celebrity Apprentice, so I'm a big fan, and très excited for her to become a mama. Sighh, I would have loved that interview....

Anyway! Ivanka is featured in the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar Magazine. And in the article, Ivanka (29) reveals that she and her hubby Jared Kushner (30) are having a girl!

She also talked about how her father, THE DONALD, is reacting to the latest update on her pregnancy. Here's a snippet: "My dad was joking the other day how he's going to have a new favorite little girl," says Trump, who's the Donald's right-hand woman as an executive vice president of development and acquisition at the family company and a host on his latest NBC reality show, The Celebrity Apprentice. "He's over the moon, he's so excited." No one should expect him to be changing diapers on the boardroom table, however, especially since he famously eschews that duty. "He'll be wonderful, but not as a classic, hands-on, 'Let me take the child for the weekend' type," says Trump, laughing. "He won't be that kind of grandfather."

Her father is equally complimentary. "Ivanka will be an amazing mother," he boasts. "She's totally brilliant. She's got great beauty, but it's really highlighted by the fact that she is a very smart person. It's a combination you don't see very often. [I hope] my granddaughter will be as much like Ivanka as possible." I have to agree with The Donald. Ivanka is "totally brilliant" and gorj. As a huge fan of Celebrity Apprentice, myself, I can say that Ivanka is definitely a smart cookie! And it's been interesting to see her grow over the years into a much more confident business person on the show with a lot of really unique and productive insights. LOVE!
