Well, congrats are in order for the beloved Modern Family dad. Ty, 44, and his wife Holly have adopted their second daughter. New baby Burrell joins her big sister Frances, 2, whom Ty and Holly adopted in 2010.
No other deets yet on the adoption or the baby's name.
CONGRATS to the family!
Lots of big adoptions in Hollywood lately. First Charlize Theron, and today it's Ty.
