It's a boy for Kate Hudson & Matthew Bellamy!

According to People Magazine, she thought she was having a girl! But she was wrong.... It's a BOY for Kate Hudson (32) and her fiancé Matthew Bellamy (33).

They welcomed their first child together (Kate's second) yesterday  -- Saturday, July 9 -- in LA.

We don't have a name yet, but I'll keep you posted.

Baby joins Kate's son with ex-husband Chris Robinson, 7.5-year-old Ryder Russell.

In case you missed the recent news surrounding Kate and Matt, they're off to the UK soon to live in London and Italy while Matt finishes the latest Muse album.
