The Oscar-winning actress' representative gave Us Weekly Magazine the scoop just today in the following statement: "Charlize Theron has adopted a child. She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson."
Aww, Jackson.... Love!
A source close to Charlize, 36, told Us Weekly that Jackson is African-American and was born in the United States.
Charlize is allegedly single right now. She was last officially linked to actor Stuart Townsend; they broke up in January 2010 after a nine-year relationship.
Huge congrats to Charlize and Jackson!
