One of our favourite 40+  moms was seen out and about looking très lovely in a gorj ruffled tank, ripped jeans and aviator shades, after a visit to a Beverly Hills hair salon....

Halle Berry (43) and French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry (34) announced their split last month. Their daughter Nahla was born March 2008.

The big buzz around Halle these days is that she's in talks to star in the film adaptation of David Mitchell's award-winning novel Cloud Atlas, alongside Tom Hanks, James McAvoy, Sir Ian McKellen (looove), and Natalie Portman (also, looove).
